- Full (100%) Payment for our Services must be made in advance.
- We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice.
- You may cancel your Services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the Services.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content included in our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Spread Your Brand or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works of any content included in our Services without our prior written consent.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display any content that you submit to us for the purpose of providing our Services.
Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Spread Your Brand be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
- Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you for our Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Changes to this Agreement
- We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
- Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
